Zemper has received one of the AÚNA Distribución Awards for Digital Information Quality, recognising several years of work to improve the quality, management and accessibility of our product information.
For Zemper, digitalisation has a very specific goal: to provide better service and make working with us increasingly easy. This means making reliable, comprehensive, up-to-date and easily accessible information available to our customers, regardless of the market or channel through which they access it.
This commitment translates into a structured approach to product information management, providing distributors, installers, engineering firms, specifiers and facility managers with all the information they need to work with our products: technical, commercial and logistical data, documentation, certifications, images, technical datasheets, BIM files and other digital resources.
Today, 100% of our catalogue is classified according to ETIM, all our product references include BIM information, and we offer interactive technical datasheets bringing together all the information and documentation associated with each product.
All this is integrated into our new website, with locally adapted content and resources tailored to the needs of each market, making it easier to access the right information at the right time.
The award, presented by AÚNA Distribución, one of our customers in Spain, recognises this ongoing effort to improve the quality of digital information and turn it into a genuine service tool for our customers.
And behind all this work lies something essential: people. This recognition is also the result of the rigour, dedication, continuous pursuit of excellence and outstanding teamwork across different Zemper departments.
Having been semi-finalists in the previous edition, this year we have taken another step forward. This recognition motivates us to keep moving ahead in an environment shaped by new standards, new technologies and all the potential unlocked by artificial intelligence (AI).
