Zemper has received support for its Research, Development, and Technological Innovation projects “ZEMTOSAF17” IDI-20170330 and “VZEMTOSAF17” IDI-20170662 through the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), co-financed by the European Union through the FEDER Operational Program for Smart Growth 2014-2020. The common goal of these projects is to find a complete technological solution that optimizes evacuation time in emergency situations through a new global security system for intelligent emergency management in public buildings. This management is based on an adaptive control system capable of providing the most suitable alternatives during an evacuation, gathering real-time information through other systems such as fire detection, surveillance cameras, or multisensors, from which the actual situation of the building and its emergency levels are continuously determined, as well as the safest evacuation routes. Project execution location: Zemper headquarters in Ciudad Real.
